        Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has provided the JSSC Special Branch Constable sylla-
        bus and exam pattern 2020 for the reference of aspirants. The syllabus features all the topics from 
        which the candidates can expect questions in the exam paper. The JSSC Special Branch Constable syl-
        labus and exam pattern are for the first stage of the exam, that is the written exam. 
         
        The exam is divided into two parts; one deals with the subjects of general studies, English, Hindi, gen-
        eral science, and general maths. The second paper has an option. The candidates can select any regional 
        language on which they will be asked multiple-choice questions. These languages include English, 
        Hindi, Bangla, Urdu, and other such local and regional languages. 
         
        The official notification for the JSSC Special Branch Constable exam 2020 has not been released yet.

        JSSC Special Branch Constable Exam Syllabus 2020 
        The candidates are tested on their general knowledge and language skills in the JSSC SBCCE written 
        examination. The JSSC Special Branch Constable written exam consists of two papers. 
         
             •    Paper 1 contains questions from General Studies, General Science, basic mathematics, and lan-
                  guage skills. 
             •    Paper 2 tests the candidate’s knowledge in his/her regional or local language.

        JSSC Special Branch Constable Exam Pattern 2020 
        The first stage of the selection process is the written examination, which comprises two papers. 
        Paper I Exam Pattern:

             •    Each question carries 2 marks 
         
             •    Total 350 marks 
         
             •    Duration is 3 hours 
         
             •    Negative marking of 0.66 marks
