Service charges will be deducted from refunds on Intensive Course
cancellations or changes based on when request is made as follows:
• 30 days or more before Day 1 of the Course – a $100 service charge
• 1–29 days before Day 1 of the Course – a $200 service charge
• Day 1 of the Course or later – No refund will be given.
IM Recertification Course Cancellation Policy:
Service charges will be deducted from refunds on Recertification
Course cancellations or changes based on when request is made
as follows:
• 30 days or more before Day 1 of the Course – a $100 service charge
(may be applied as credit toward future Course)
• 1–29 days before Day 1 of the Course – a $200 service charge
(no future Course credit)
• Less than 10 days before Day 1 of the Course or later –
No refund will be given.
