What?
   • Recommendation of the Wiki Task & Finish Group – to set up a cross-library group to:
     • Maintain editorial oversight of the staff wiki: menu structure, developments etc (not content)
     • Provide on-going guidance for the Library to (1) ensure currency and (2) avoid duplication of our 
     information.  
   • The Information Management Group:
     • Provides oversight on the appropriate storage, delivery and maintenance of information produced 
     by the Library in all formats, across all platforms.
     • Ensures that all information is accountable and adheres to Library standards and procedures.
     • Ensures that the Library information provision is adequate and fit for purpose.

  Who?
  • Membership is from across the Library
  • Interested in how information is managed and wishing to see information managed 
   well 
  • Creating protocols for the Library if they don’t exist within the University, 
  • Adhering to University protocols, although they may need some work to recognise 
   where information held by the Library is ‘different’.
   How?
   • Reviewing what information we were managing.
   • Long list of recommendations but initial actions were driven by:
     • Uncovered horrors during the work of the Task & Finish Group on the replacement of the staff wiki
     • Ensuring compliance to the University’s GDPR requirements
   Where are we now?
   • Compilation of information storage/dissemination systems used by the Library
   • On-going review of the Wiki
     • Still fit for purpose?  On-going work to ensure currency.
   • Review of the management of images
     • Are we compliant for current images and archive images?
   • Information audit
     • What’s held where – and who is responsible?
   • Ensuring maintenance of information
     • Is it current?  Is it checked regularly? Is it compliant?
