Quick Start Monopoly Rules
              START OF THE GAME
                  •   All players get the equivalent of 4 x Boardwalk (or equivalent) in cash
                  •   All players draw three properties at random, and don’t pay for them
                  •   All players may begin purchasing properties immediately
              DURING THE GAME
                  •   Only ned 3 houses to build a hotel
                  •   All fines go to the middle of the board
                  •   If you land on “Free Parking”, you get the money in the middle
                  •   If in jail, must roll doubles to get out, or pay 1/4 of Boardwalk (or equivalent)
              AFTER THE GAME
                  •   Add up all cash, properties (the mortgage amount), ad other assets, and 
                      translate into cash value.
                  •   Most money wins!
