             (Form of contract required by the Pennsylvania State Athletic Commission - here after referred to as the Commission) 
      
        THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this                      day of                    20             between

     __________________, a duly licensed promoter of Pennsylvania, and                                           (BOXER) of the City 
     of                        and the state of                        , a duly licensed boxer in Pennsylvania. 
         
        WITNESSETH: BOXER agrees to enter into a boxing contest to be held at ______________________ (club) on the 
     ______ day of _________________ 20____ in the City of                                              and the state of 
     _________________ for             rounds, to a decision with _____________________________________ of the state of 
     ________________________. 
         
        The weight for this contest shall be                    pounds. (Give or take one pound - except for Championship 
     bouts)  
        Weigh-ins for this contest shall be held at                     o’clock at                                        in the city of 
     ______________________ on the                     day of                                    20             . 
         
        PROMOTER agrees to pay the BOXER and the BOXER accepts as in full for all his claims and demands for and on 
     account of the performance by him of this contract the SUM of $                             DOLLARS and other EXPENSES

        IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED that said contest shall be with gloves that are approved by the Commission 
     and furnished by the PROMOTER. All officials of the contest shall be persons licensed by the Commission. If the 
     Commission shall decide that the BOXER did not enter into this contract in good faith, or is not honestly competing, or 
     is guilty of an act that is detrimental to boxing, it is agreed that the BOXER shall not be entitled to the compensation 
     listed above or any part thereof, and that such decisions of the Commission shall be final. 
         
        If BOXER shall fail to appear or make weight or is not in physical condition to box as determined by a duly licensed 
     physician, then the Commission reserves the right to fine, suspend or take any other reasonable action against such 
     BOXER. 
         
        IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED that if the boxer enters into another contest prior to the one contracted for 
     and is defeated, or lessens his present value as an attraction, the PROMOTER shall have the option to rescind and 
     cancel this contract, provided such cancellation is approved by the Commission.  The Commission reserves the right to 
     fine, suspend or take any other reasonable action against such BOXER. 
         
        IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED that the PROMOTER is to make all necessary arrangements for said contest. 
         
        IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED that all parties to this contract hold valid licenses with the Commission. 
         
        IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED that in the event of any dispute arising from this contract, the Commission 
     may intercede in said dispute and all decisions rendered by the Commission shall be binding on all parties. 
         
        IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED that this contract is the only contract (written or oral) between the Promoter 
     and the Boxer and his/her manager with respect to the above named event and that this contract must be given to the 
     Commission before the start of weigh-ins.  This agreement is subject to the provisions of the Boxing Act of the 
     Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and to the rules and regulations of the State Athletic Commission of Pennsylvania and 
     to any future amendments of either of them.
