                                 OBJECTIVE- The objective of this assignment is to develop an understanding on the subject of 
                                 Law of contract to inculcate the habit of self study among students.

                                 5. How do Coercion, undue influence, misrepresentation, fraud and mistake affect the nature of a 
                                 contract?
