                                     Invitation to attend presentation 
                Archer Materials Limited (“Archer”, the “Company”) (ASX:AXE) is pleased to invite shareholders 
                and investors to attend a presentation (“Event”) to be held in Adelaide, Melbourne and in 
                Sydney. 
                Prior  to  COVID  restrictions,  Archer  board  and  management  regularly  held  meetings  with 
                shareholders. The meetings allowed shareholders to meet and ask questions of the Archer team. 
                The recent lifting of COVID restrictions means that we are able to recommence shareholder 
                meetings. Archer CEO, Dr Mohammad Choucair, will provide attendees with an overview of 
                Archer’s  quantum  technology  and  biotechnology  verticals  and  host  a  Q&A.  This  is  an 
                opportunity for shareholders to meet with management and learn more about the Company, its 
                activities and recent developments.
