   “Within the context of this Recommendation, a Single Window is defined as 
        a facility that allows parties involved in trade and transport to lodge 
    standardized information and documents with a single entry point to fulfil 
          all import, export, and transit-related regulatory requirements. If 
      information is electronic, then individual data elements should only be 
                                        submitted once.”

   APA ITU NATIONAL SINGLE WINDOW (NSW)
     Peraturan Presiden No 35 - 2012 tentang 
     Perubahan Atas PerPres 10 - 2008
           INSW adalah sistem nasional Indonesia yang memungkinkan dilakukannya suatu 
             penyampaian data dan informasi secara tunggal (single submission of data and 
        information), pemrosesan data dan informasi secara tunggal dan sinkron (single and 
       synchronous processing of data and information), dan pembuatan keputusan secara 
        tunggal untuk pemberian izin kepabeanan dan pengeluaran barang (single decision-
                                     making for custom release and clearance of cargoes)
     As derived from Protocol Legal Framework to Implement the ASW
                                          “National Single Window is a system, which enables:
                                       i.            a single submission of data and information
                          ii.         a single and synchronous processing of data and information
     iii.    a single decision-making for customs release and clearance. A single decision making shall 
                 be uniformly interpreted as a single point of decision for the release of cargoes by the 
               Customs on the basis of decisions, if required, taken by line ministries and agencies and 
                                              communicated in a timely manner to the Customs”
