             15 Recent Passport Size Photograph (Two Number)
              Note:- Kindly bring the self attested Photocopy of the above mentioned DOCUMENTS along with the ORIGINALS for verification.The last date of Admission for the 
                     candidates mentioned in the provisional Admission list  is 21/08/2021 failing which it will be treated that the candidates are not willing to take 
                                    admission.Accordingly candidates mentioned in the Waiting Lists in sequence  will be considered for admission.
