Professional skills: Knowledge and By attending this course, students gain well-founded insight into
understanding how HR management and business psychology are strategically
embedded into a company. They are able to explain the methods
and tools of HR management in general as well as from a strategic
perspective. Furthermore, they are able to take all factors into
account and distinguish between various approaches in a way that
improves the performance of the organization noticeably. In
addition, they are able to provide English-language wording to
identify specific relationships within strategic HR management.

Professional skills: Proficiency Working in teams, the students are able to discuss and
and application of knowledge analyze questions of strategic alignment of a company
with respect to personnel strategy and to the application
of business psychology. They are also able to present
them in a purposeful manner with the goal of solving the
problem. They can argue for complex problems and
solutions relevant to the discipline and to make
presentations on them in English specific to the target
group.
Personal skills: Social skills At the end of the course, the students are able to assume
the task of guiding a project group, which analyzes and
evaluates a partial aspect of the strategic alignment of a
company. In mixed groups, the students are able to work
together effectively and analyze problems through critical
thinking.
Personal skills: Autonomy The students evaluate various solution approaches to issues in
human resources policy and in doing so gain a high degree of skill
in reflecting on their learning and working processes. They are
able to evaluate and assess opposing sides in pragmatic
discussions on an appropriately nuanced level. This promotes
their ability to make independent judgments.
