2. Compare your Self-Assessment to the Evaluators
Assessment, crossing out or circling items on both
lists that were duplicated.
3. Using your Self-Assessment
a. Complete the OPEN Self box with the items crossed
out or circled.
b. Complete the HIDDEN Self box with the remaining
items you (I know)selected.
4. Using the Evaluators-Assessment
a. Complete the BLIND Self box with the remaining
items that they (they know) selected.
