     The inability or unwillingness to see and/or 
      consider others’ points of view when we 
      make decisions
     The inability or unwillingness to see our own 
      deficits or shortcomings even though they 
      may be visible to others
     Two key concepts:
      1. It is impossible to know all things;
      2. Even those things which we previously knew 
         are subject to change

  1. Use the Self-Assessment Worksheet to select the best 
             Exercise
    12 adjectives that you feel best describe you. 
  2. Compare your Self-Assessment to the Evaluators 
    Assessment, crossing out or circling items on both 
    lists that were duplicated. 
  3. Using your Self-Assessment 
    a. Complete the OPEN Self box with the items crossed 
     out or circled.
    b. Complete the HIDDEN Self box with the remaining 
     items you (I know)selected.
  4. Using the Evaluators-Assessment
    a. Complete the BLIND Self box with the remaining 
     items that they  (they know) selected.
