• Set, lead, and drive market communications – Lead the consonance of Prod Development,
– Craft messages and collateral Design, CTO, and Market Leads in trade-off
– Drive evolution in images and graphics decision making
• Engage client community as the “face” of the product • Product support
– Lead User Group – Provide leadership to the support manager and
– Be visible, known, and compelling to clients organization, including Level I and II
– Evolve Support capabilities and competencies
• Support Sales
– Help drive opportunities and demos
