Physical Education Grades K-8
Dear Parents,
It is our pleasure to be teaching your child(ren) this year in Physical Education
and Health classes. It is our goal to improve the health and well-being through
the promotion and education of physical activity. In PE students will develop the
knowledge, fitness levels, physical skills, and personal and social skills necessary
for a lifetime of health and physical activity. Physical Education is an integral
part of the education program for all students. Your child will have PE once a
week at Our Lady of the Hamptons. It is important that your child is prepared for
PE with appropriate clothes and shoes. The correct gym uniform and shoes will
give your child the opportunity to fully participate in class activities safely.
Please read our attached policies and expectations.
We look forward to a happy and healthy year!
Sincerely,
Ben Turnbull and Elyse Curro
