             Social   Justice   Department  is  the  Nodal  Agency  for 
     implementing  the  Social  Legislations,  international  conventions  and 
     policies  for  the  outlier  groups.  The  activities  including  institutional 
     support  and  financial  assistance  to  ensure  social  security  to  the 
     marginalized groups are being implemented . 
             Implementation of following continuing schemes (Vidyakiranam, 
     Vidyajyothi,  Swasraya,  Mathrujyothi,  Assistance  to  write  equivalency 
     exam  to  Differently  abled,  Parinayam,  Vijayamrutham,  Sahachari, 
     Pariraksha,  etc.)  under  the  department  are  implemented  using  this 
     budget provision
