Why do I need to build relationships in my Zone?
   How will my building relationships 
     in the Zone make a difference?
    Club officers and members will trust me
    I will be able to meet the expectations of the Club 
    officers 
    Club officers and members will be confident in me
    Leadership skills will be enhanced
           How do I build 
           relationships?
    Show respect
    Be supportive
    Listen
    Answer questions
    Encourage participation
    Promote service
    Participate in club activities
    Be enthusiastic
    Give advice when asked
    Attend special events
   Is there more to building?  
   YES!
    Be available
    Install Club officers
    Conduct Zone meetings
    Do the ACPC and follow up with it
    Build a new Club – lead the way
    Submit reports accurately and on time
    Communicate regularly – email part of the time, 
    but make a personal phone call now and then
      Does the Zone benefit?
                 YES!
     The Zone becomes a team that works together for 
        the benefit of the kids and communities
    The Zone grows and provides more service to the 
              kids and communities
