         multiplication)
        In addition, include: rounding, place value and exponents 
         into your game
      Challenging board games have:
        Roadblocks and false paths that make you backtrack 
        “lucky” squares that helps you to advance

        Digestive Tract (one of the Body Systems we will be 
         studying)

      Decide how players will move around the game board
        Selecting cards and figuring out problems?
        Rolling dice?

     Developing your Gameboard
      Make a draft of your board
      Add details
      Use good judgment in determining questions to answer 
       in order to move around the board
      Think of adventure and misadventures for your game
        “see a shooting star…round 12.394 to the nearest tenth to 
         make a wish and move forward 5 spaces”
        “Fall off a cliff…Multiply 15.7 X .00003 correctly or move 
         back 3 spaces”

     Designing 
      You may use whatever you like to make the design of your 
       board
        Clip art, Power Point (slide size of 20 in by 20 in), magazine 
         pics, newspaper, photographs, drawings, etc.
        If your game requires cards – they should match the theme of 
         your board
        Back the game board with cardboard or poster board so that it 
         is durable
      Add mathematical details to your game board that require:
         +, -, X, division of decimals
        Rounding
        Comparing and ordering decimals
        Exponents
        Dividing and multiplying by powers of 10 (.4 X 100; .4 X 
         100,000 etc.)
