TRY IT!
Focus on a problem, while tapping on the side of your hand, as
shown below.
Now add a simple affirmation, such as:
“Even though I (have this problem), I want to accept myself anyway.”
Repeat, until you are
really focused on whatever
is bothering you.
Tap on the rest of the
points (see chart).
Repeat the name of your
problem while tapping
(say, “this problem, this
problem, this problem....”)
Check in with yourself:
Breathe. What might be
different for you now?
Repeat the process
until the problem is less
troubling to you. 2
