Purpose & Outcome
To identify the need for and process of Quality Function Deployment to orient the organization for
customer requirements driven organization. By the end of the course participants would be able
to:
• define QFD in company language.
• capture and deploy the customer voice.
• identify associated quality characteristics.
• draw quality table and QFD chart.
• develop QCPC/ Control plan.
Process
Education and training input followed by hands on case study to implement the learning's
made.
Schedule: 0900 to 1700 hrs (All the days)
